Im going to start with a simple example.

Theres a steep hill on your run. I ask are you going to get up it all the way.?!?

Your reply I very much doubt it😕

Youve now just programmed your brain for failure, how are you going to achieve anything with a thought process of i doubt it.

At first it will ill try🙂the more confident you got the mindset needs to be i wont let it beat me 🔥

In fitness and exercise over the last few years ive become to understand its no longer about being a trainer, do this do that.

Its about changing your whole mindset💪

Becoming stronger mentally, learning its ok to fail and not then let that slip into – WORDS OF IM SHIT ILL NEVER DO IT – I hate people saying that because you really can do it

Next time ill do it wont defeat me. – will take weeks but by the end it wont defeat you!!!

Self belief conquers the world, without it youll struggle im telling you know.

Going to refer back to my last client again Adam and how he lost 2 stone 5lbs, im going to explain my job and how we succeeded.

Obviously every session was tough, but every session and conversations every day was to build his self belief. Hes a new person because of the self belief he now has installed in his brain.

How do i build your self esteem, self belief.

Make you love yourself❤️and your own body, understand any level of ability is ok, but you must not give up easy, believe you can do it, actually really believe it dont just say it make it happen. 👏

The results are endless, when you believe, 🙏

Strong mindset is needed in every aspect of life, think about all the people who are negative towards you, if you believe in yourself they dont matter

I challenge you in this isolation to work on yourself and your own mind, be positive happy and nice to yourself.

Anxiety – doing my new online classes, first 3 times my anxiety was ridiculous, i was stressed sweating breathing out of control.
With the fear of failing and not having a business, it was hard
The only thing that got me in front of that camera was one hell of a deep breath and self belief to not let anything take my business away.

Imagine see old friends family after all this, and feeling amazing youve build your mindset strong and kept your fitness levels high, its only going to mean one thing for your anxiety levels, youll be less anxious less stressed because your in control of your thoughts and mindset. And feel great, you can actually make that happen

Everyone is there own unique person, business owners think how hard youve worked to build them up, try not to sit at home finding yourslef bored, revise a bigger and better plan for more success when your back, be proactive in your thoughts and plans.

people have online classes, an hour a day to walk or run. Use this time to get fitter mentally and physically

Work on you get a diary be positive make positive things happen.

I write a daily blog the good bad and the ugly, it keeps me on track, i believe its going to be pretty awesome to look back on at the end of the year, all the struggles are in there and all the highs to look back on pictures as well, make a goal and make it happen.

Back to self belief, next imagine your a person with depression, then picture crossing the finish line at sheffield 10k, scary journey right, i say it so easy, not true will be longest scariest hardest journey of your life, but the most rewarding.

Im speaking from past experience ive had clients with depression anxiety bi polar, some with all three. How the hell did they cross a finish line!?!? That stuff takes focus character and even though they dont believe it at first i eventually install self belief in them.

How and why?? Because i believe in you, once youve shown me you want it more than anything and the discipline is there ill get you there.

The next one is confidence

Wow this is a tough one, how can i be confident when i feel insecure, well you cant really can you.
Worried about other peoples thoughts, what they are thinking about you, and even believing they are talking about you. Maybe they are😒

If you have self belief you love yourself your focused achieving goals, feeling positive happy and in love with you. Why should it matter.
It always will. Matter but understand this, every negative nasty comment, is because they cant see themselves doing or being you.
Shes too skinny, hes got a bit muscly hasnt he, god shes let herself go.
Someone may of trained at 6am every morning for you to make a comment of hes too skinny. Fuck off mate laugh at the haters.
Your going to get it all your life so its overcoming the negative energy and surround yourself with positive energy and positive people who are achieving great things.

Body image and insecurities😒

Everyone is different, work on you, forget anyone else comparing to others, if your improving feeling good about yourself your winning.
Dont applaud the lighting and high pixel body image pics on the internet, surround yourself with people who are similar ability and challenge yourself to defeat against someone better.
I love to train with anyone better and test myself its how to improve.

The next hill you face, the next plank the next big business decision back your self belief and drive to succeed

I can name so many people who didnt back to starting the business, obviously i wont.

All i got was its too soon, what if it doesnt work, will you make enough money.

I knew from the day i left my job my self belief and passion would get me through it all.⚡

Its not about me this its about you, and you believing in yourself go and make something amazing happen, sign up for sheffield 10k sheffield half marathon, start a weight loss journey ear better, challenge yourself to beat anxiety.💪

Its so bloody hard but you can do it- go and make yourself proud, its a scary journey.

I believe i can do it once those words are installed in the brain no negative person will stop you 😍
