Nearly 3 1/2 weeks now in lockdown
Todays online im doing a free live stream of a beginners class to facebook then a bootcamp at 6pm

A lot more confident and even me bastard skinny calfs dont look to bad š

Seemed to go down pretty well with everyone
Long walk 6 miler for the afternoon
6pm BBootcamp tonight hoping for 16 or more online big ask but lets see šŖ
