July 9th
9am session, first time in a long time ive cancelled, last night the rain hammered on my equipment never seen it so wet and its still raining now, wheres summer, session cancelled but still got them down and started up with weigh in and measurements.
Session 2 cancelled too rain rain rain
2pm.next one rains stopped session on 🎉
3pm good session
4pm hamstring gone after 2 minutes for client,wwas struggling before came back too soon

22 at the class were coming back nicely now😁
Today was up and down anothet one ticked off defo not one of the most successful ones though
