Ahhh overthinking, bit of self doubt leading to not the best sleep and the mad thing i cant pin point a reason for it.
Overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness, im not saying im unhappy at all but i am my own worst critic and sometimes create overthinking, this is when istruggle to rest the mind.
Still struggling with the extra exercise and the constant thought of sacrificing weight to get fitter and justyfying if its all worth it, but i will stay strong and continue with the healthy food and hard training
Same for anyone wanting to lose weight self doubt is one of the biggest reasons for failure we have to stick to the plan stay mentally focused and want it more than anything
Big healthy breakfast going to leave the run today and take the dog for a long walk, reflect on how well things are going and relax a little.
