Quite hard to believe wake up to a cancellation last minute on a clients last session, been out on the piss not good enough. My standards to get results dont allow that bollox. Fair enough week 1 or 2 not week 5 and 6.

Boxing session top stuff rach was awesome broomey always raises the bar feeling great
Dad finishes red zone – 21 lbs number 9 in the bag great for advertising done me proud buzzing
Meal out now relax and switch off no pudding keeping healthy and focused brilliant saturday 😎
