Today is going to be very successful potential to get a few signed up to red zone which is great for business and will lead to hopefully more successful results 😎

Client 1000 smashed footwork drills acceleration and changing direction all game related 😎

Boxing next still hopeful to get 4 sign ups tonight would be really great

Boxing session tough one next lecel now working on movement in the rinf and not being so stiff and how to avoid getting hit very quick stuff loved it another session in the bag

Home now to print packs of for nee starters and plan sessions 5.30 sign ups at 6.30 Rach bossing them from 6 for me 😁then 7pm Red zone busy night hopefully they all still sign up

4 signed up 1 pulled out shock 🙄😂

Take it though good to get 4 1 paying staggered payments but just hoping it another chance of a good result to come in
