7am New client peter, wants help to raise fitness levels and potentially train to get in the fire service – good intro session

Kids 121 ⚽Max – was a little off form today, we had a chat about standards and im sure he will be better next session, i want the best for the kids so got to be honest with them

Fitness wise were getting there, hard work getting fit

X2 kids sisters training for atheltics, running etc both really talented and they have signed up to come back next week also 😊😁

Hes hoping to play semi pro next season, first job getting him fit enough, tough session hopefully i can hope him get back playing

Group classes only allowed 5 at each
